FlowBar vape review opens the discussion around one of the most intriguing disposable vape brands on the When I first got my hands on FlowBar devices, I was curious. In a market where most disposable vapes focus on high nicotine delivery and intense throat hits, FlowBar takes a different route. Their range puts flavour, longevity and ease of use front and centre, with a particular focus on zero nicotine options. After spending time with the 6000 puff model, the smaller 800 puff bar, and a few of the Crystal Range flavours, I found FlowBar to be one of the most intriguing brands I have tried in a long time.

The FlowBar Family

The 6000 puff bar is the flagship, and it is all about endurance. With no nicotine inside, it caters to people who still enjoy the act and flavour of vaping without the addictive pull. I found it surprisingly satisfying and it easily lasted me longer than most disposables I have tested.

The 800 puff bar is the more compact option. Slim, light and pocket friendly, I took this one out for nights when I did not want to carry anything bulky.

The Crystal Range is where FlowBar really shines in terms of flavour. They lean into sweet, fizzy and nostalgic blends that feel fun and playful.

Finally, there is the CP600 which does still offer 20 mg nicotine pods. I tried it briefly and it is a neat compromise if you are not ready to give up nicotine completely but still like FlowBar’s style.

Design and Form Factor

All of the FlowBar devices look clean and modern. The 6000 puff model is larger, of course, but the cylindrical shape and comfortable mouthpiece make it easy to use. The colour coded designs match the flavours, so I could quickly grab the right one without checking the label.

The 800 puff bar is lighter and slimmer, which I found perfect for slipping into my pocket. The Crystal Range really embraces its playful side with shiny finishes that match the fun flavours. Branding is minimal, which I liked, because it keeps the look understated.

Puff Count and Performance

The 6000 puff bar really does what it promises. For me, as a moderate user, it lasted over a week, and a friend who vapes more heavily still got several days out of it. The smaller 800 puff bar obviously runs out quicker, but it is dependable and consistent.

The vapour output is smooth and steady across the range, and I never once hit that muted taste that often ruins long lasting disposables. Even towards the end, flavours stayed clear and true.

Zero Nicotine Experience

This is where FlowBar is unique. I often use nicotine devices, but I really appreciated having a zero nicotine option that still felt satisfying. The flavours are bold and the ritual of vaping is still there, so I did not feel like I was missing out. It is especially appealing for ex smokers who want to avoid nicotine relapse, or casual vapers who only care about taste and the social aspect.

Flavours I Tried

Ice Pop

Ice Pop is part of the Crystal Range and instantly became one of my favourites. It tastes like a fruity frozen lolly with hints of citrus and berry, finished off with an icy coolness. Each puff felt refreshing, and the layered flavour held up even after hundreds of inhales. It is a perfect summer flavour.

Fizzy Cherry

Fizzy Cherry really does capture the taste of cherry soda. The first puff gave me juicy, slightly tart cherry, followed by a convincing fizzy sensation. It felt sweet, fun and nostalgic all at once. I kept reaching for this one whenever I wanted something playful.

Pink Lemonade

Pink Lemonade is the most balanced of the three. The zesty lemon flavour comes through first, then soft berry undertones round it out. It is bright and refreshing, yet smooth enough that I could vape it all day without tiring of it. Definitely a dependable, everyday choice.

Vapour and Draw Style

FlowBar devices are made for mouth to lung vaping, the style that most closely mimics smoking. The draw is tight enough to feel familiar but never too restrictive. Vapour production is discreet, which made it comfortable to use both at home and when out socially. Every inhale activated smoothly without fail, which gave the experience consistency.

User Experience

I found FlowBar to be surprisingly versatile. On nights out, I used the smaller devices without worrying about them running out too quickly. During the week, I leaned on the 6000 puff model for its sheer longevity. Friends who no longer use nicotine loved the idea of having a social vape without risk of dependence, and flavour chasers gravitated towards the Crystal Range.

Price and Value

FlowBar is well priced for what you get. The 800 puff bar is affordable, while the 6000 puff bar has a higher upfront cost but works out cheaper per puff compared to most disposables I have tried. Considering how rare good zero nicotine devices are, I found FlowBar to be excellent value.

Pros and Cons

What I liked

  • Flavours are consistently strong and enjoyable
  • Zero nicotine options that actually feel satisfying
  • Long lasting 6000 puff model lives up to the name
  • Simple, inhale-activated design that just works

What could be improved

  • The 6000 puff bar is bulkier than most disposables
  • Limited dessert style flavours
  • Still disposable, so waste remains a concern

Final Thoughts

FlowBar impressed me by offering something different in a crowded disposable market. By focusing on flavour, longevity and zero nicotine, they have carved out a niche that appeals to ex smokers, casual vapers and anyone who values taste over intensity. The 6000 puff bar is the standout for me, lasting days while keeping flavours fresh. The Crystal Range adds fun and variety, and the smaller 800 puff version is perfect when you need something more portable.

If you are looking for a disposable vape that prioritises flavour and the experience itself over high nicotine delivery, FlowBar is absolutely worth trying.
