Surrounded by the dazzling lights and endless buzz of Las Vegas, the Total Product Expo (TPE) once again transformed the Las Vegas Convention Centre into the epicentre of the global tobacco and alternative products industry. Taking place in the very heart of the Strip, this annual event has cemented itself as one of the most anticipated trade shows on the calendar, attracting businesses and brands from across the globe. 

From traditional cigars, tobacco, and cannabis to psychedelic mushroom brands and a rapidly growing segment of alternative nicotine products, TPE 2025 showcased just how diverse and dynamic this industry has become. What once may have been dominated by legacy tobacco is now an energetic mix of innovation and reinvention. This year’s standout trend? The booming presence of vape devices, nicotine pouches, heat-not-burn systems, and nicotine strips. 


A Showcase of Alternative Nicotine 

Companies such as Goldbar, DENSSI, Vaporesso, Geekbar, CLEW, and Juice Head brought bold designs and cutting-edge technology to the exhibition floor. Sleek displays, interactive sampling stations, and demo lounges gave attendees a hands-on experience with the newest offerings in nicotine consumption. What was striking was not just the volume of these brands, but the attention they commanded. 

Nicotine pouches, in particular, are fast becoming the poster child for the industry’s future. With their discreet use, smokeless format, and growing appeal to health-conscious consumers, they were heavily featured and widely discussed. Many conversations throughout the show floor centred on how these products are reshaping the consumer landscape, and TPE proved to be the ideal stage for brands to showcase their innovations and strike partnerships. 


A Hub for Global Networking 

TPE isn’t just about products—it’s about people. From international distributors to up-and-coming startups, the show brought together key players from every link of the supply chain. Heads of companies mingled with retailers and manufacturers, all working toward the common goal of progress and collaboration. 

There was an undeniable energy in the air. Business cards were exchanged as frequently as handshakes. Private meeting rooms were buzzing. Contracts were signed. Deals were brokered. Las Vegas: The Ultimate Host 

No city plays host quite like Las Vegas. With its endless supply of casinos, restaurants, nightclubs, and entertainment, Vegas delivers the perfect backdrop for a global industry to converge. Between sessions, attendees made their way up and down the Strip, conducting meetings in upscale lounges, five-star restaurants, and yes—even around the craps tables at Fontainebleau. From executive dinners at Caesars Palace to industry mixers at Hakkasan, TPE took over the Strip in every sense. 


The Afterparty at Omnia: A Showstopper 

To cap off the event, the TPE afterparty at Omnia was a highlight in its own right. With breathtaking laser shows, aerial acrobats spinning from the iconic chandelier, and a packed crowd of like-minded professionals, it was a true Vegas spectacle. More than just a celebration, it served as the unofficial finale where deals were toasted and partnerships cemented over cocktails and music. 

A Changing Industry, A Bright Future 

The presence of alternative nicotine products at TPE this year made one thing very clear: the industry is changing, fast. While traditional tobacco still has its place, the momentum is behind innovation, wellness-conscious alternatives, and disruption. TPE remains at the forefront of that evolution, offering an unparalleled space for the industry to meet, grow, and lead.
